Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the impact of organizational change in the success of the digital transformation in the Algerian public institutions, where exploratory study on a sample of municipalities in Skikda.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we developed a questionnaire and guidance of a sample of municipal officials, numbered 57 employees.

The questionnaire comprises three axes (personal variables, Organizational Change "independent variable", digital transformation "dependent variable").

The study concluded the following results: The approval of the medium degree on the level of organizational change municipalities under study; the approval of the medium degree on the level of the digital transformation of the municipalities under study; there is a statistically significant effect of organizational change on the success of the digital transformation of Skikda municipalities under study.
