Abstract EN

The research aimed to investigate the impact of organizational rotation practices in skills soft development of workers (crisis management).

To achieve this research was conducted on a random sample of (42) employees in the State Company for Foodstuff Trading in Thi-Qar.

The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses.

The researcher used many statistical methods to achieve the research objectives, such as simple, multi regression and The research results showed there is significant impact to organizational rotation practices in soft skills development (crisis management) in the company of the research sample.
