Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to show the intersections of time and history in the contemporary Algerian novel, and this is through the use of historical material in narrative construction, and how the narrative time transforms and interferes with various narrative elements.

To illustrate this dimension, we have brought up anecdotal evidence of Algerian novelists with a distinguished presence in the field of modern novel writing.
