Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the key success factors of implementing quality system in Libyan higher education institutions.

It also investigated how important these factors.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach for achieving study`s objective.

The researchers used a questionnaire which was based on some literature review and previous studies in the field of quality in higher education.

After the questionnaire`s validity and reliability were established, it was distributed on an exploratory sample, which was the teaching stuff of the faculty of education, Misurata University, in order to express their views in the paragraphs of the questionnaire according to the scale of significance for each paragraph.

The researchers calculated the following conclusions and recommendations 1- Identifying some of the success factors of implementing quality system in higher education in both the institutional and programming spheres, according to the views of higher education teachers.

2- The estimated value for significance of the success factors of implementing quality system in Libyan higher education institutions was high objectively and scientific and worldwide criteria, according to teachers` views of faculty of education, Misurata University 3- The financial support for more scientific conferences which concern with the higher education quality by the government institutions.
