Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the leadership styles of woman and its relationship to managing life crises as an entry point for Sustainable Development.

To achieve the aim of the study, the study tools were prepared, represented in first: the general family data form, second: the leadership skills questionnaire for working woman in its axes (the skill of the ability to take Decision, time management skill, emotional control skill, the skill of persuasion and influencing others), Third: Questionnaire of life crisis management with its axes (the stage of awareness of the crisis, the stage of preparing or planning for the crisis, the stage of facing the crisis, the stage of assessing the crisis), Fourth: the questionnaire of contemporary challenges with its axes (Technological challenges, economic and social challenges, cultural and scientific challenges).

These tools have been applied to (239) married woman who work in various professional positions and reside in stable families with their husbands and the marriage period is not less than five years, and she has at least one child.

The research followed the descriptive and analytical method, and the results of the research found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (01, 0) between wives, the main research sample in responses to a questionnaire the leadership skills of working woman in its axes according to the difference in the study variables (age, duration of marriage, educational level of woman, number of family members, average monthly income of the family).
