Youth centers play an important role in building and developing the personality of youth, developing their capabilities, discovering their talents and qualifying them for leadership roles in response to the state's interest in them, given the demographic weight of this sector.

Therefore, the study aimed to identify the role of the social group work in qualifying youth groups for leadership roles, and to identify the mechanisms.

On which the method of group work is based to qualify groups for leadership roles, and this study belongs to descriptive studies.

The comprehensive social survey methodology was used for social workers in youth centers at the Youth and Sports Administration in Kafr Saqr and Abu Kabir, and their number reached (90) social workers, and the study reached a suggested perception of the role of the social group work to qualify youth groups for leadership roles.
