Abstract EN
The present study aims at determining the factors affecting the level of achievement of students of the College of Basic Education from the staff members' viewpoint The researchers used a questionnaire as a tool for the current study.
The questionnaire consisted of (30) items distributed over two sides: personal and educational.
The results of the study were analyzed using the appropriate statistical means.
The results of the study showed the following: .
1.
The number of the items that were considered as factors influencing the level of achievement was (23), which constitutes 76.67% of the total number of the items, while the number of those factors that don't affect the level of academic achievement was (7) representing (23.33% ) of the total number of the items.
2.
The personal and social aspect is more influential than the educational one.
3.
The results showed that the first element that states that " Lack of job opportunities in the field of specialization after graduation " was one of the most important personal and social factors affecting the level of academic achievement at a weighted average (4.40).4.
The results showed that the first component, which states that "repeated leaves negatively affect the level of educational attainment", was one of the most important factors affecting the level of educational attainment in the educational aspect at a weighted average (4.35).
