Abstract EN

In this paper, we try to find out the role played by information and communication technologies with the technologies and networks they provide in the development of management in general and the local administration in particular as the closest citizen and the most contacted with him and informed of his needs and this by shedding light on electronic management through knowledge of its concept, objectives and requirements for adoption.

We also monitor the impact of these technologies on local administration, first of all in view of the public facility which has become an electronic public facility thanks to these technologies, and secondly in view of the administrative activity of the administrative contract and decision, which also has an electronic version.
