The aim of this study is measuring the impact of the ICT infrastructure on economic growth of six Arab oil countries, and the panel data has been used, After used the test of homogeneity, and the results of this test suggest that the proposed growth model is homogeneous among the six countries, And after estimating the model by generalized squares method to avoid the standard problems.

A very logical result was obtained, That the six Arab countries are still oil mainly determines their economic growth, because the impact of information and telecommunication in this period is negative
