Research Summary: The article deals with a common meaning in Islamic jurisprudence, which is the nullification of religious consideration of prohibited items; by highlighting its definition and concepts related to it like financing and valuation, in addition to the evidence of that nullification, and the emplacements of the consideration.

The research concluded that the religious consideration of items depends on the permission to use them, thus its emplacement is limited on it.

Finally the emplacement of the religious consideration varies according to the way of benefiting from items, their characteristics, their owner and his purposes.
