Abstract EN

The present study sheds light on the correlation between the features of the job and job satisfaction.

For this end, a questionnaire has been introduced to Sixty-two participants(62) in Dali Abdelkader public health centre in Ghriss.

This research relied on statistical pakages for the social sciences SPSS V24 to analyze these data.

This study concluded that the correlation batween job satisfaction and skills variation combined with the importance of the job does not match.

In addition, a reversal correlation has been noted between the nature of the job, independence, feed back and job satisfaction while conducting this research.
