This study aimed to investigate the impact of The impact of the practices and principles of ethics in the reducing of the manifestations of the Iron and Steel Corporation misinformation in Annaba.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of 70 respondents.

Through the field survey, application of the study tool to the sample and the analysis using SPSS V24 program.

The study concluded that: The relative availability of ethical principles and principle most commitment is to service the community, the availability of relatively weak tends for manifestations of disinformation in the institution, there is trace of the moral and ethical practices in reducing manifestations of disinformation organization discussed the impact is due to the principle of justice, the ence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the availability of the manifestations of misinformation attributable for (gender expertise and professional) at the company.
