Summary: Many legal and economic studies have confirmed that industrial handling (subcontracting) in Algeria is still at the beginning of the road, and it is witnessing a slow delay and low interest, despite its importance and necessity in the conduct of economic life in the country.

One of the possible means to upgrade this deal is to provide a distinct approach to the legislation, mechanisms and possible tools for upgrading it, by following the experiences of the major industrial countries that preceded Algeria in activating industrial handling, if not the reason that these countries reached the ranks of the major countries.
