This study aims at addressing the most important issues happened in recent decades related to migration and development especially after the dominate impression that countries and governments have taken about migration and its repercussion.

Hence, our study has started by looking for positive effects of returning migrants.

The study concluded that the developmental role played by migration in the countries of origin and the ability to support the economic and social growth of counties, and the development of individuals through the contributions that returning migrants make from the transfers of hard-currency, knowledge, skills, economic and social innovations in the field of healthcare and education, which requires making programs and policies that enable these countries to enhance these contributions and eliminate obstacles that impede the functioning of the process
