Abstract EN

It became easy nowadays to discover the deformities of the foetus in the womb of the mother, it was of the utmost help to the scientists to propose some available treatments to some of these deformities in the initial stages of the pregnancy.

however, when some deformities became arduous, the proposer resorted to abort those distorted fetuses, and asked for the opinion of the law and jurisprudence in the matter.

This research attempts to shed light on jurisprudence opinions which looked into this issue, as well as the stance of legal legislation from the abortion of the deformed fetus.
