يعتبر موضوع حوادث المرور من المواضيع الخطيرة و الحساسة و الهامة على جميع الأصعدة الاجـتماعية و القانونية و النـفسية و حتى الاقتصادية نظرا للنتائج الوخيمة التي تخلفها سيما على العنصري البشري.
و تتعدد أسباب هذه الظاهرة و من بينها الفساد حيث أن العلاقة بين الفساد بمختلف أنواعه و حوادث المرور هي علاقة ترابطية حيث تؤدي ممارسة مختلف أشكال الفساد إلى تنمية و غرس روح ألا مسؤولية وألا مبالاة في المجتمع مما يترتب عليه خرق قواعد قانون المرور بصفة عامة.

English Abstract
The issue of traffic accidents is a serious, sensitive and important issue at all levels of society, legal, psychological and even economic, in view of the severe consequences that it has on human race.
The causes of this phenomenon include corruption.
The relationship between corruption in all its forms and traffic accidents is interrelated, Where the practice of various forms of corruption leads to the development and instill of a spirit of responsibility and indifference in society, resulting in a violation of the rules of traffic law in general.
