تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى قياس و تحليل مدى تأثير تغيرات سعر الصرف على تنافسية الصادرات غير نفطية في الأجليين القصير و الطويل و تركزت الدراسة على كل من سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي و الصادرات غير نفطية و لهذا الغرض تم استخدام أسلوب الانحدار الذاتي ذو الإبطاء الموزع (ARDL) للفترة 1980-2018 بالجزائر وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن لتغيرات أسعار الصرف تأثير متباين و باتجاهات مختلفة خلال المدى القصير يتضح أن سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي يؤثر سلبا على حجم الصادرات غير نفطية عندي مستوي معنوي %5 بينما في الأجل الطويل عدم وجود اثر معنوي إحصائيا لتغير سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي على الصادرات غير نفطية
Abstract EN
This study aims mainly to measure and analyze the impact of exchange rate changes on the competitiveness of non-oil exports in the short and long term.
The study focused on both the real effective exchange rate and non-oil exports.
For this purpose, the Distributed Slowdown Regression (ARDL) method was used for the period 1980.
-2018 in Algeria, the results of the study have shown that exchange rate changes have a different effect and in different directions, during the short term it is clear that the actual exchange rate negatively affects the volume of non-oil exports I have a significant level of 5%, while in the long term there is no statistically significant effect of price change Actual exchange The real thing is on non-oil exports.
