تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المتغيرات المفسرة لسعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي كمحدد خارجي لقوة الدينار الجزائري كمؤشر يقيس القدرة على تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني وذلك من خلال دراسة نموذج اقتصادي قياسي يعتمد على برنامج EVIEWS 10 و على بيانات متعددة للفترة (1990-2018) باستخدام نموذج ARDL.
توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني التعويم الموجه مع إضافات الذي تكون فيه قوى السوق المحدد الأساسي لسعر الصرف مع حصر نطاق التدخل للسلطة النقدية باعتبار أن النظام المعتمد لم يخدم الاقتصاد الجزائري بالشكل المرغوب لاسيما تعزيز الصادرات خارج المحروقات
Abstract EN
The study aims to measure the effect of the variables explained in the real effective exchange rate as an external determinant of the strength of the Algerian dinar as an indicator that measures the competitiveness of the national economy, by studying a standard economic model based on the EVIEWS 10 program, and on multiple databases for the period (1990-2018), using a model ARDL.
The study reached the necessity of adopting targeted float with additions, in which the market forces are the primary determinant of the exchange rate, while limiting the scope of intervention to the monetary authority, given that the adopted system did not serve the Algerian economy in the desired manner, especially boosting exports outside of hydrocarbons.
