The present study aims at trying to discover the relationship between psychological hardiness and perception of stress also aims at identifying the nature of the relationship between psychological hardiness and the quality of life related to health of patients showing myocardial infarction.

the sample of the current research is consisted of (60) patients suffering from myocardial infarction divided between both sexes as follows (46) males and (14) females, and the application of psychologicalhardiness scale concerning“ImadMukhaimar” (2002) search results concluded that the existence of a negative correlation between psychological hardiness and stressperception, italsoshowsresulted that there is a positivecorrelationbetween psychological hardiness and the quality of life related to health of patientssufferingfrommyocardial infarction.
