يواجه التعليم العالي في الوقت الراهن تحديات عديدة توجب إصلاحه و مراجعة علاقته بالمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه من أجل حل مشكلاته الحاضرة و مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية المختلفة.
لذا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتبرز الإصلاحات التي عرفها التعليم العالي في الجزائر و تحديدا إصلاح ل م د و معرفة التحديات التي تواجه هذا الإصلاح و رسم ملامح لعلاجها و تقويمها.

Abstract EN
At present, higher education faces many challenges that need to be reformed and have a review of its relationship with the society in which it lives in order to solve its current problems and meet the various challenges of the future.
This study is intended to highlight the reforms identified by higher education in Algeria, especially the reform of L M D, the challenges facing this reform, and the development of features for its treatment and correction.
