In order for elections to be the true expression of the will of citizens, they must be surrounded by a series of legal and judicial guarantees.

Because the presidential elections are the most important elections as the people delegated by the people to exercise power on their behalf is the one who leads the whole country and represents it internally and externally.

Due to the position of the presidential elections, comparative regimes have given them a favorable place.

Of electoral laws, taking care to grant their oversight to the highest bodies in the state.

Based on the foregoing, the Algerian legislator did not violate the general rule, but kept pace with most regimes through his eagerness to presidential elections, as evidenced by the organization of its important matters under the Constitution, and then the organization of its details under an organic law, the latter, who was keen in its recent amendment on the integrity and transparency Elections in general and presidential in particular by strengthening the organization and monitoring of the Independent National Electoral Authority along with the Constitutional Council.
