For apply the Principe of judicial supervision of the elections needs to exclusive judges participate this is due in part and in another part this operation needs to be disseminated at all stages from delimitation of electoral constituencies at the announcement of the results and adjudicate the election petition.

the Algerian legislator for its part has adopted this Principe by organization and functioning of independent high authority to control elections at national level and local committee elections at local level and external committees for Algerian living aboard taking into the account the specificities of Algerian political system.
