We selected some international experiments as a sample to conduct this study, for this reason, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, The study concluded that international Financial markets integration option is one of the important strategies to adapt to the requirements of presence in the age of globalization, financial liberalization and free flow of capital, The study suggested that mergers between international financial markets should be studied thoroughly and deeply, taking into account the necessary controls, draw lessons from them, especially in light of the extensive restructuring processes taking place in various markets in the world.
