Abstract EN

The goal of this study is to identify the differences in the workers' quality of work life in Bechar's National Establishment for Industrial Vehicles, in light of professional experience and professional rank variables.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the quality of work life standard was applied to( Abdel Fattah Al Maghribi) after confirming his validity and stability.

And was applied to a sample of (50) workers.

The results of the study resulted in a difference in all dimensions of quality of work life due to the variable of experience.

There were also differences due to the professional rank variable in the moral conditions of work, wages and bonuses and the president's method of supervision and participation in decision making.

The results showed that there were differences in the moral conditions of work, wages, remuneration, working group, and the president's style of supervision due to the interaction between the experience and professional rank variables, except after the characteristics of the job and participation in decision making.
