Social transfers in Algeria represent an important part of its government Subsidy policy, which seeks to provide a decent life and establish the principle of social justice.

This study aims to analyze the social Transfer policy un Algeria, which, although important, are very expensive on the public spending, which requires reform.

The study concluded with a set of results, the principal Component Analysis (PCA) study showed that the state paid a lot of attention to the social sectors in third millennium, although the value of transferts is diminished, but this has not prevented the same social policy from being maintained.
