The study aims to try to highlight the reality of FDI in Algeria as a developmental alternatives, especially with the trend towards market economy adopted by Algeria early nineties of the last century, in partnership with the European Union, the prospective organization Global trade, which made foreign direct investment of the most important means of opening up to foreign trade and technology transfer, so that the study relied on descriptive analytical briefings with various concepts and get data and statistics on foreign direct investment in Algeria, the FDI flows in Algeria contributed to promoting economic development, it is still without ambition compared with the size of the efforts and capabilities that operate them compared with other developing countries.
