Abstract EN

This study is based on the role of the international sosiety through its institutions and as well as general agreements and international regulations on human rights protection in a clean environment with emphasis on being considered one of the main human rights, especially with industrial pollution and indiscriminate exploitation and chaotic natural resources, where the adoption of a number of principles and rules that states must adhere to in order to maintain a clean environment, while recognizing an effective system of liability for damage to the environment.
