this principle has established a balance between all interests in the insurance contract, on the one hand, it guarantees prompt compensation to the insured and encourage him to invest in its field full of risks, and on the other hand, maintains the financial equilibrium of insurance companies by the recourse actions on the third party liable for damages, so, it is based on a logical aim attempting to create balance between the interests in the insurance contract.
