يعد الأداء البيئي و السياسات الموضوعة لصالح الاقتصاد الأخضر ذا أهمية يجب تعزيزها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة المنشودة من خلال علاقة التفاعل بين الإنسان و الاقتصاد و البيئة و ليتحقق ذلك يتطلب التحول الهيكلي للاقتصاد و العمل على تنويعه في القطاعات الرئيسية للقطاع الأخضر و يعتبر قطاع الطاقة المتجددة من الركائز الأساسية للأداء البيئي وحمايتها من أجل دعم النمو الاقتصادي و تعزيز الابتكار و تقليص الفقر.
و تأسيسا على ما سبق تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلي تحليل أهمية تطوير و تفعيل قطاع الطاقة المتجددة من خلال الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة لأجل اقتصاد أخضر نامي و متنوع و مستدام وتوضيح مختلف الإنجازات في ذلك
Abstract EN
Environmental performance and policies designed for the green economy must be promoted to achieve the desired sustainable development, through the relationship between human, economic and environmental.
To achieve this requires the structural transformation of the economy and work to diversify it in the main sectors of the green sector.
The renewable energy sector is one of the pillars of environmental performance and protection in order to support economic growth, promote innovation and reduce poverty.
Based on the above, the aim of this paper is to analyze the importance of developing and activating the renewable energy sector through the efforts exerted by the State for a diverse, sustainable and sustainable green economy and clarifying the various achievements in this field.

La performance environnementale et les politiques conçues pour l'économie verte doivent être encouragées pour atteindre le Développement durable souhaité, par la relation entre l'homme, l'économie et l'environnement.
Pour y parvenir, il faut une transformation structurelle de l'économie et travailler à sa diversification dans les principaux secteurs du secteur vert.
Le secteur des énergies renouvelables est l'un des piliers de la performance et de la protection de l'environnement afin de soutenir la croissance économique, de promouvoir l'innovation et de réduire la pauvreté.
Sur la base de ce qui précède, l'objectif de ce document est d'analyser l'importance de développer et d'activer le secteur des énergies renouvelables à travers les efforts déployés par l'état pour une diversité, une économie verte durable et la clarification des différentes réalisations dans ce domaine.
