Russian Orientalism is considered one of the most prominent types of Orientalism that appeared in the middle of the eighteenth century, based on the desire of one of the rulers of Russia named Alexander the Great to get to know the history of the Arclosely.

The journey of oriental studies to delve into the corners of Arab history, to produce important results, which had a great impact later on to re-examine many of the topics previously mentioned earlier.

Therefore, many scientific schools emerged, and it is worth noting that Russian Orientalism was distinguished by its scientific orientations much more than its peers from other types of orientalism, whether British, French or German, whose objectives were mainly colonial.
