تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التفكير الإبداعي في تحسين مستوى أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير بجامعة أدرار حيث قمنا بتوزيع 70 استمارة استبيان على الأساتذة و كانت 34 منها صالحة للمعالجة الاحصائية.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التفكير الإبداعي لأفراد العينة المدروسة مرتفع كما جاء تقييم أفراد العينة لمستوى أدائهم التدريسي و البحثي مرتفع كذلك
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the impact of creative thinking on improving the performance of faculty members at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Adrar.
We distributed 70 questionnaires to the professors, 34 of which were valid for statistical processing.
The study found that the level of creative thinking of the studied subjects is high, and their assessment of their teaching and research performance is also high.
The study also found that creative thinking positively and positively affects the performance of faculty members at the institution of study
