Abstract EN

This study aims to show the rol of a small and a medium companies in economic development, the Algerian government has been made a great efforts to support and to encourage the construction of this type of companies in different economies sectors, the small and the medium companies will be able to realize a social and economic equilibrium but in Algeria we find that the small and medium companies suffer from different external and internal problems, and this what the study conclude.

Also, this study was advised to benefit from experts and international experiences in that works in this field and gives the support to this small and medium companies.

In addition to that, we have to made a training course and inform people who don't have job to push and encourage them to build a small and medium companies.
