The Arabic neo-khalilian theory was interested in the language analysis, the distinction between the functional aspect on the one hand which is the communication of mutual purposes between a speaker and a hearer, and between the verbal and the visual side on the other hand which includes the word itself, it was interested in words and meaning, this is what makes it characterized by inclusiveness, so it studied all aspects of language, the fact that it is formulated on scientific grounds, enabled to be used in the treatment of communication disorders, depending on several concepts, such as the concept of origin and branch and the concept of position and location, so that the researcher "ABDERRAHMANE HADJ SALAH" has confirmed that the research is still open to researchers to take advantage of this theory being based on purely scientific grounds; and starting from this consideration we did this research aiming through it to study how to benefit from The neo-khalilian theory in the interpretation of some language and communication disorders.
