In the past and in the past, companies play an important and pivotal role in economic activity in societies in general, through the optimization they provide for institutions with multiple investment activities, which contribute to the economic progress of any society.

In this context, the partner's freedom to dispose of the company's money and the restrictions that are provided to it from other partners are highlighted.

This study singled out the partner for the company's money in lending and borrowing, and the extent of this permissibility without the permission of other partners, through the presentation of doctrines and their evidence, discussion and weighting, up to the conclusion whose most important results are the permissibility of lending with controls mentioned in the study folds, and borrowing is permissible only when the nature of the company requires its approval.
