Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the concept of complex contracts as one of the forms of contract and developed banking products in Islamic banks; the study also highlights the legal foundational roots of such contracts and their legitimate extent, and the controls that govern this kind of contracts to be more suitable in the light of the purified legal law.

The study also aims at highlighting the effect of the contracts in question on the preservation of capital from any kind of writing off.

This is done by highlighting the effect of the contracts in question on Murabaha to the purchase ordered, leasing contract ended with ownership, parallel forward sale and commissioned manufacture, profit and loss sharing, bank cards, and the research ends with a list of findings and recommendations.
