Abstract EN

The current crisis in the world, especially after the financial crisis of 2008 and the consequent political, economic, social and environmental consequences, has made the international community think of an alternative to the traditional economy and the transition to a green economy, which does not replace sustainable development.

That the achievement of sustainable development is entirely based on reforming the economy and transforming it into a green economy.

In this study, we will try to address how Algeria, like other countries in the world, has tried through many national mechanisms and programs, especially in terms of investment in clean energy, recycling and waste valuation, in order to mitigate the effects of environmental degradation and reduce poverty.
