Modern technological development, particularly in the field of communications and transportation, has led to the development of crime in general, and the emergence of new models of transnational organized crime, which states suffer from their seriousness and their economic effects social and political; despite the degree of strength of its security and procedural systems in the face of detecting and prohibiting it or prosecuting perpetrators, due to the complex nature of this type of crime and the strong relationship between them.

In this paper, we will focus on examining the most important legal and technical obstacles to achieving the desired goal of combating and reducing these criminal activities.
