This study aims at highlighting the mechanism of peer review in 2003 after the completion of its basic documents with the participation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the 6th Summit of NEPAD Heads of State and Government in March 2003.
