Abstract EN

This study aims at clarifying the concept of corporate governance through exposure to some theoretical concepts related to it, then studying its applications at the international level, and finally addressing the requirements of applying them at the local level in Algeria.

The study found that there are many reforms that Algeria must undertake to implement good corporate governance.

These reforms focus on reforms related to the markets in which the institutions operate, Institutional reforms and legislative and regulatory reforms.
