Web wrape Or Electronic contracts are not given this name because of their subject, the subject of these contracts might be traditional such as goods or untraditional such as programs or other computer software, but this name is derived from the mean of performing those contracts words wn the Wip i.e (the web) - contract is held by electronically means, like e-mail or wipe site.

The two important matters that are attached with those contracts are the international jurisdiction of the court because of the foreign element in most of them on one, hand and the applicable law on the other hand.

Here it is important to determine weather the ordinary and general rules are able to govern them, or whether special legal rules are needed in the area of the two issues mentioned above.
