The issue of orphan occupies an great importance in the various fields of life due to their momentousness, sensitiveness and impact on the self-level of the orphan, as well as the general level.
Then we decided to research the topic of the orphan at the religious and social levels and to show the contrasts or oppositions between them in the best manner of dealing with the orphan, and the right significances are demonstrated that form essential heart to deal with it for its rising, its reparation whereof lost it, and to participate it in the social system as an effective and influential factor in many levels.
The best example of this was the caliph of Ali bin Abi-Talib (Alah Alsalam) that he presented studies for mankind in the best dealing method with the orphan, what is more the negative effects are explored the role of the orphan, which flow from the product of negligence and dereliction emanate of minds is unconscious or deliberate performances to marginalization, exclusion, remissness, displacement, and exploitation of that component influential and important in the movement of society and its contribution to progress and rise it.
