Abstract EN

This study aimed to discover the metamemory level, academic self- efficacy, and the differences in light some variable.

The sample of the study consisted of (413) student, (86 males, 327 females), chosen by Cluster random sample from the population.

The results of this study showed that moderate level of metamemory as a whole, it was moderate in its dimensions.

The obtaining and task dimension was in a high level, whereas after stress, changes and quality, they were in a moderate level, while after the strategy it was low.

The level of academic self - efficacy in all dimensions was in a moderate level .In addition, results showed there are no statistically significant differences in metamemory level, due to their gender, academicals level, accumulation average or specialization.

The study showed that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between metamemory and academic self-efficacy among Yarmouk University Students.
