Abstract EN

This study aims to find the correlation between the level of ambition and the motivation of achievement in (800) students of both sexes in the first year of all specialties from eight faculties at UMMTO University, and for achieve the objectives of this study the analytic descriptive approach is applied, and for that we used two tests: tests the level of ambition of Akrem El Hadjoudj (2004), and Ahmed Moudjab El Hamed achievement motivation test (1996).

After analyzing the results, the study show that: There is a correlation between the level of ambition with all dimensions and the motivation of accomplishment at students the first year of university.
