The convention of the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women has a great importance because working to achieve the principle equality, remove any discrimination based on race that may due to not realizing the women's human right and fundamental freedoms in all political, economic, social, cultural and civil domainsconsidred as its main goal.

The focus in this article will be on defining the convention, highlighting the importance of the control mechanism on applying its provisions according to international implementation procedures represented in the reporting, complaints and investigation system
