تعد ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تدل على وجود خلل في النسق المجتمعي كما أنها مؤشر على وجود أزمة حقيقية تستدعي الوقوف عندها بالدراسة و التحليل الموضوعيين من اجل إيجاد السبل و الآليات التي بإمكانها تقليص حدة هذا المشكل المطروح من جهة و العمل وفقا لها من جهة أخرى.
إن الطفل كائن ضعيف نفسيا و جسديا و اجتماعية هذا الصغير يحتاج في مرحلة الطفولة إلى غيره في اتكالية لا متناهية حيث تنزع عنه المسئولية بكل أنواعها (الجنائية الدينية.

) غير انه قد يمسي رجلا صغيرا فجأة بما تحمله لفظة الرجل من معنى دال على النضج و الأهلية في تحمل المسئولية فيغدو مسئولا عن تامين قوت أسرته فضلا عن تلبية حاجاته الخاصة في تحميل له لمسئوليات كثيرة في انتهاك صريح لحقوقه ابسطها حقه في اللعب حقه في التعليم.

مما يحرمه من متعة الحياة في تعد على القوانين الطبيعية للحياة.
إن تشغيل الأطفال او كما يطلق عليها عمالة الأطفال تتشابك و تتعقد العوامل المؤدية إليها من نفسية و اجتماعية و ثقافية.

و سنقصر في رؤيتنا هذه على جماعة هامة في حياة الطفل وهي الأسرة.
إذ تمثل مصدر الأمن و الطمأنينة و السند بيد انه يدفع بالبعض من الأطفال نحو كسب لقمة العيش -من خلال امتهان عمل ما- هو وجود جملة من الظروف الأسرية المتردية
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of child labour is one of the social phenomena that indicate the existence of a problem in the societal pattern.
It is also a sign of a real crisis that requires us to study and analyze objectively in order to find the ways and mechanisms that can reduce this problem and work according to it.
The child is a weak individual psychologically and physically and socially; he needs in childhood to others, but suddenly he becomes responsible for securing his family's strength as well as meet his own needs in the loading of many responsibilities in violation of his rights and the most basic right to play, the right to education.

which deprives him of the pleasure of life in violation of natural laws for life.
There are many factors leading to child labour, including psychological, social and cultural.

We will shorten in our vision to an important group in the life of the child, which is the family as the source of security and stability and support, but the existence of some of the deteriorating family conditions, prompting some children to work.
