The article examines self-discourse in the contemporary Algerian feminist novel, through the approach of Nawras bacha's novel, by Hagar Quedri.

As a modernist narrative experience in which the writer tended to question the female self, revealing within it and exposing the forms of oppression imposed on her in a male society, canceling the woman and canceling her existence, and taking her right to a decent life, and clarified ways of self-confrontation to take over her entity and confront her negative repercussions on her present and future.

The writer used the internal dialogue, which was her main tool in exposing self-possessions and exposing their concerns.
