The “apparent situation” or “apparent status” in the laws of nationalitys the appearance of a person with a national appearance, in which the person seems to have the national citizenship, a conclusion based on the assumption that the apparent situation corresponds to the truth, which is stated in the Algerian legislator in the second and third paragraphs of article 32 of the Algerian nationality law, as it is the most important means by which original nationality is proved.
