In this study, we examine the work of sovereignty in the light of the administrative justice system by highlighting these works from different angles.

both in terms of the various definitions that have been said, as well as to highlight the specific criteria for separating the distinction between these acts and those of ordinary administration.

and on the other hand to try to highlight the vision of the administrative judiciary and how it deals with the issues related to the acts of sovereignty offered to it.

we have concluded that acts of sovereignty are acts of a sovereign nature.

as for the vision of the administrative judiciary, it differed between the expansion in scope in the first stage, on the grounds that it is a political issue of the government.

while its scope was limited in the second phase.

as a result of the negative consequences of the launch of its range.
