This study aims to shed light on the management strategies taken by China and the Republic of Korea in managing the risk of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, and the study concluded that China has succeeded in managing the pandemic risk by adopting a closed management model based on its population control practices, in addition to its capabilities.
