Abstract EN

This research paper aims to analyze and spot the meat market (sheep, poultry) in Algeria, in the case of Relizane, for the period 2008-2019, and in order to achieve this goal, we discussed theoretically the tools used in the analysis, either as an application and we relied on descriptive and quantitative analysis, the results are that there is a gap in the supply between poultry and sheep meat, but as for the demand, the demand for sheep meat has witnessed fluctuation throughout the study period.

As for the demand for poultry meat, it was divided into two levels, and through estimating both the supply and demand functions of the aforementioned commodities, we have noticed, and from the results of the determination factor, that there is an acceptable explanatory power, whereas Fischer's large values in all cases reflect the acceptable overall morale of the models
